About me
How I work, and what I bring
I’m an independent senior advisor in service transformation, helping complex organisations bridge leadership intent and operational reality.
With over twenty years’ experience, I work with leaders to make sense of complex services, create clarity across competing priorities, and move important change forward with confidence. My role is often to help organisations where ownership is diffuse, progress has stalled, or strategy is struggling to translate into practical action.
I’ve supported senior leaders across FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, government, public sector, higher education, and not-for-profit organisations, helping them improve decision-making, align teams around what matters most, and redesign services that work end-to-end for people and the organisation.
My work combines strategic thinking, service design, and practical delivery focus. I’m particularly interested in making complexity visible, identifying where services break down, and turning insight into focused, testable interventions that create momentum.
My practice is grounded in Human-Computer Interaction and shaped by hands-on experience across highly regulated and operationally complex environments, including financial services, government, arm’s-length bodies, and universities.
Alongside client work, I mentor and coach leaders and teams, helping build the confidence and capability needed to lead change well.
Originally from Tipperary, Ireland, I now live in Bristol, UK. Outside work, you’ll usually find me climbing mountains or riding bikes up and down them, most recently breaking the Guinness World Record for the most elevation cycled in 48 hours.
